We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Development Representative to join our team at Scalesource. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while focusing on U.S. business hours (EST). As a New Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (50+ calls per day) to prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and close contracts independently.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Perform sales demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews every 3 months to assess progress and set goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment focused on revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience running sales demos and presentations.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus.
  • Experience selling services to U.S. businesses is advantageous.
