About the Role

We are looking for an Optician to join our dynamic team at Jimmy Fairly, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. As an Optician - Remote, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality service and tailored advice to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and provide expert advice to build loyalty.
• Manage and continuously train your team to ensure exceptional service.
• Perform comprehensive and accurate eye exams for each customer in our equipped stores.
• Make adjustments to eyewear to guarantee comfort and visual quality.
• Promote new product collections effectively to enhance sales.
• Oversee stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Requirements

• Certified optician with a passion for the optical field.
• Proven technical expertise and a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both clear and professional.
• Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A commitment to practicing your profession innovatively and improving service offerings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced optical equipment, such as the Nidek TS-610 refractor.
• Familiarity with digital customer journey tools.
• Previous experience in a fast-growing retail environment.
