You will be supported by experienced Opticians and Technicians who will guide you on your journey to success.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service as an Optical Assistant, ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Assist customers with their optical needs, including frame selection and lens options.
• Participate in professional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
• Collaborate with a team of Opticians and Technicians to provide the best service possible.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in optics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or sales environments.
• Knowledge of optical products and services.
