NPD Supply Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated NPD Supply Intern to join our team at Coty. This remote opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience while contributing to our NPD Supply team. As an intern, you will report directly to the NPD Supply Manager and play a key role in improving our processes to enhance productivity and agility.

What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives to improve NPD Supply team processes for better productivity and agility.
• Utilize planning systems such as SAP and JDA to understand key supply chain metrics.
• Deliver on NPD Supply KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Build a comprehensive database of material production steps, identifying constraints and bottlenecks.
• Support assessments of supplier global capacity and initiatives for each supplier.
• Analyze 'what if' scenarios for volume fluctuations, sharing risks and opportunities with the business.
• Communicate effectively with top management and ensure day-to-day communication within the team.
• Take ownership of tasks and drive changes to improve processes and systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with supply chain management or related fields.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Previous internship experience in a corporate environment.
