About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Project Leader to join our team at BRP, where you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the powersports industry. This Experienced Project Leader remote position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility and driving technological advancements.

What You'll Do

• Establish and optimize project management standards, methodologies, and tools for effective project execution.
• Manage and monitor the project and portfolio landscape, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation align with strategic goals.
• Support continuous improvement of the New Product Development (NPD) process to enhance product quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct project reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
• Provide transparent KPI and management reporting to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional departments, and senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committees to drive project success and stakeholder engagement.
• Support project managers in financial planning, budget control, and project controlling activities.

Requirements

• HTL or university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Process Management, Innovation Management, Product & Engineering Management, Mechatronics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (classic, agile, or hybrid).
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting systems.
• Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, process development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.

• Experience in the automotive or powersports industry.
• Familiarity with advanced project management software.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
