Operations Administrator - Customer Accounts Team (Hybrid Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Administrator - Customer Accounts Team to join our dynamic team at interactive investor. This hybrid remote position allows you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely, providing a balanced work-life experience. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective processing of tasks within the Customer Accounts team. Your contributions will directly impact our customers' experiences and help maintain our reputation as the UK's leading flat-fee investment platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring efficient communication via phone, email, and letter.
- Timely and accurate processing of all customer documents and queries to meet customer expectations.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and departmental policies to maintain compliance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Seniors or Specialists with sufficient information for effective investigation.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring clear and accessible communication.
- Participate in the departmental telephone query team to support all queries and requests.
- Make informed risk decisions and challenge management recommendations within your role.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive work environment and team spirit.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a clear communicator.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering the best outcomes for customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Decisive and able to take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with FCA regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
