System Administrator - Remote Opportunity with Innovative Company

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our team at Austro Holding. This System Administrator remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of IT tools and processes in a company with a rich history of over 100 years in delivering high-quality bedding products.

What You'll Do

• Continuously develop IT tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support by analyzing and resolving issues in collaboration with users and external developers.
• Set up and optimize technical workflows, maintaining interfaces for seamless operations.
• Conduct tests to ensure the functionality and integration security of new and existing systems.
• Manage the PC and peripheral environment, providing 1st and 2nd level support.
• Participate in various projects to improve IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Good to very good knowledge of network setup and administration.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, preferably Proxmox.
• Knowledge of Linux systems is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and implementation.
• Strong team and communication skills, along with reliability.

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of IT security practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
