Mid-Senior SailPoint IAM Engineer - Relocation Provided

About the Role

Are you a SailPoint expert passionate about securing enterprise identities? Wypoon Technologies is looking for a SailPoint IAM Engineer remote to join our growing team and help design, implement, and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our global enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping robust and scalable IAM infrastructures using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement and configure IAM solutions based on SailPoint platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to integrate IAM into enterprise environments.
• Improve and automate SailPoint workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
• Strong understanding of access governance, RBAC, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with incident management, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
• Solid grasp of IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus).
• Experience with DevSecOps, API security, and CI/CD environments.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., Certified IdentityNow Engineer).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture or NIST frameworks.
• Experience migrating legacy IAM platforms to SailPoint.
