About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Research Project Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Method Consulting. This Research Project Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead innovative projects in the Educational Technology sector. You will play a key role in translating research grant scopes into actionable project plans while ensuring alignment with funder expectations.

What You'll Do

• Translate research grant scopes into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day execution for multiple concurrent research initiatives, ensuring alignment with funder expectations.
• Coordinate across research, product, and engineering teams to manage dependencies and timelines.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira and Asana, ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines in collaboration with finance and legal partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in research or product development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and grant-funded research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
