Mid-Senior Business Intelligence Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team at Entrupy, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our analytics capabilities. This Business Intelligence Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in Brazil, contributing to a global mission of combating counterfeit goods through innovative technology.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine data models used by the BI team and external teams for visualizing data.
• Discover opportunities to improve the performance of data models and pipeline tasks.
• Support self-service analytics initiatives.
• Assist the team in creating visuals and dashboards as needed.
• Help educate others on analytics best practices and drive the company's data culture toward success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling with large scale data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs.
• Proficiency in dbt and advanced levels of SQL.
• Intermediate levels of Python.
• Familiarity with one or more modern visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlik, etc).
• Must have either 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes or 3+ years with Marketing and Finance Data.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airflow, Pandas, and provisioning tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, etc).
• Experience with AWS.
• A degree in relevant fields (CS, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
• Experience with Redshift, PySpark, and CI/CD tools like Github Actions.
