About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor - Remote to join our team at Aethos Mallorca. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the hospitality sector while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Night Auditor, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a smooth, safe, and memorable stay.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and offering thoughtful assistance throughout the night.
• Handle late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring accurate financial and operational reporting.
• Conduct nightly audits of the day’s transactions and support the Front Office team.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere while addressing any guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for guest and staff well-being.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and special requests effectively.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive nightly financial reports and other required documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., MEWS, HUBos) and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including night and day shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods.

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
