About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will engage with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in your region, showcasing our innovative product portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential new clients through independent research and outreach.
- Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to establish initial contact.
- Perform needs analysis during client meetings to tailor solutions effectively.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage client relationships post-contract to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize our CRM tool (Salesforce) to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through a hands-on approach and disciplined work ethic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in acquiring new clients.
- Valid Class B driver's license for daily travel to client sites.
- Strong empathy and closing skills to understand and meet client needs.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing KPIs.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage your sales week.
- Exceptional communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
