About the Role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Ströer. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your sales skills to attract new clients and drive business growth. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will engage with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in your region, showcasing our innovative product portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential new clients through independent research and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to establish initial contact.
  • Perform needs analysis during client meetings to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage client relationships post-contract to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize our CRM tool (Salesforce) to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through a hands-on approach and disciplined work ethic.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in acquiring new clients.
  • Valid Class B driver's license for daily travel to client sites.
  • Strong empathy and closing skills to understand and meet client needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing KPIs.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage your sales week.
  • Exceptional communication skills in German, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in the media or advertising industry.
