• Develop advanced-scope tools to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary complexity.
• Demonstrate understanding of how components and features impact the business.
• Write independent research reports and integrate code and model quality standards.
• Think critically about the information you are working with and develop efficient solutions to problems.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, tuning, training, and evaluation procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience moving models from research to production, ensuring latency and scalability.
• Capable of implementing algorithms and solutions presented in academic papers.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills and ability to design experiments.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results and collaborating with teams.

Nice to Have
