What You'll Do

• Conduct surveillance throughout the store to identify suspicious activities by customers and employees.
• Approach and question individuals exhibiting suspicious behavior.
• Apprehend individuals committing theft in accordance with company procedures.
• Document theft incidents and security violations, maintaining detailed records of all activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to detain suspects and provide eyewitness accounts as needed.
• Brainstorm and implement strategies to prevent theft and vandalism.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain discreet and observant in various situations.
