About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Apprehend individuals committing theft in accordance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement to detain suspects and provide eyewitness accounts as needed.
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies to prevent theft and vandalism.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies.
