About the Role

As a Legal Intern, you will support our Legal Department across various aspects of government contracting, employment law, and corporate transactions. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real-world legal issues.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with legal research and issue-spotting related to FAR/DFARS regulations.
  • Draft position statements in response to EEOC complaints, honing your legal writing skills.
  • Support corporate governance tasks and due diligence for strategic transactions.
  • Engage in professional development through interactions with attorneys and senior executives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies while handling sensitive information.
  • Manage multiple assignments effectively while demonstrating attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Current JD candidate (2L, 3L, or recent graduate) in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this Legal Intern - Remote position.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • High social IQ and temperament for complex situations.
  • Professional judgment in handling sensitive information is crucial.
