About the Role

As a Control Room Analyst Expert, you will ensure the smooth flow of products to our stores, utilizing your analytical skills and technical expertise.

What You'll Do

• Monitor logistics systems and activities using advanced tools to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate automated and non-automated processes for timely product supply to stores.
• Manage various logistics subprocesses, including order launches and issue detection.
• Analyze store complaints and propose effective solutions to enhance service quality.
• Conduct inventory management checks and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain optimal distribution processes.
• Independently troubleshoot technical issues related to systems.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with solid IT technical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and proficient computer skills.
• Fluent in Dutch with good command of English; French is a plus.
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently and ensure smooth operational processes.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
