About the Role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping pricing strategies for our Home insurance customers, utilizing your analytical skills to predict future claims and enhance customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop statistical models to forecast claims and assess risk, ensuring competitive pricing for our customers.
• Utilize data science techniques to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold governance standards in all pricing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive initiatives that enhance pricing excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by leveraging data-driven analysis to influence pricing strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analytical role within the general insurance sector or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple scenarios and anticipate customer outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with RADAR & EMBLEM is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex findings to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in predictive modeling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
