Student Enrollment Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Student Enrollment Specialist to join our team at EF Education First. This remote position allows you to work across various time zones, enhancing the experience of international students participating in our high school exchange programs. As a Student Enrollment Specialist, you will be the primary contact for students and their parents, guiding them through the application process and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for students and parents, providing support and guidance throughout the application process.
• Screen and review applications in accordance with guidelines set by the US Department of State and EF.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment offices and production teams to ensure program quality.
• Admit students into programs while managing expectations and preparing them for their exchange experience.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to determine candidate suitability and acceptance.
• Manage a high volume of information while maintaining productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Full business fluency in one of the following languages: Danish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish.
• Proficiency in English (C1-level).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with international education systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
