IT Program Specialist - Remote Position in Colorado

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Program Specialist to join our team remotely from anywhere in Colorado. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT), where your expertise will help improve the lives of all Coloradans through innovation and collaboration. As an IT Program Specialist remote, you will manage the ECS Hyland suite, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Act as the business authority for the ECS Hyland suite, providing expert opinions on service and product-related matters.
• Oversee service delivery, operations, maintenance, support, deployment, and education of the Hyland Suite.
• Gather and maintain data and metrics for the Enterprise Content Services program.
• Provide support for OnBase operations and maintenance, including document management and scheduling.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Support OnBase platform upgrades with administrative and communication tasks.
• Manage financial requests and expenditures related to the program.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with an enterprise content management platform.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with at least 3 years in a program administration role.
• Experience in supporting program staff with documentation and reporting.
• Preferred: 3 years of configuration and admin experience using Hyland OnBase.
• OnBase Certification in System Administration and Basic Workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with project managers or a PMO.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
• Strong IT troubleshooting abilities.
