Industrial Purchasing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement processes, support collection development, and ensure purchasing performance in a demanding and cross-functional environment. This remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze needs through ERP systems, recommend purchases, and place orders for materials, supplies, and packaging.
• Negotiate prices and timelines in line with production schedules and constraints.
• Monitor receipts, validate samples, conduct quality tests, and prepare inspection reports.
• Regularly update tracking tools and manage supplier follow-ups.
• Manage packaging stock and prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with development, image, and other teams to develop packaging solutions.
• Participate in annual pre-purchase and purchasing cycles, placing orders based on forecasts.
• Coordinate logistics and transport, preparing shipping documents such as proforma invoices and customs codes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PLM, with strong data analysis skills and reference updates.
• Knowledge of pre-purchase cycles, production purchasing, and stock management.
• Excellent understanding of logistics processes, customs, and shipping documents.
• Ability to assess material compliance through tests and quality reports.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and autonomy in execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to structure information and advance topics in a dynamic environment.
