Industrial Painter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team at Acrelec. This Industrial Painter remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects while working from the comfort of your home. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of painted parts, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the overall success of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Spray powder paint using the appropriate application techniques while adhering to customer specifications and safety regulations.
• Perform electrostatic application of paint and maintain equipment such as spray guns and booths.
• Understand technical specifications of powders by utilizing product technical sheets.
• Control application conditions, including tunnel washing temperature and drying oven, ensuring proper cooking times for each piece based on material and thickness.
• Address non-conformities and ensure proper tracking of production ranges.
• Hang and unhang painted parts, ensuring proper masking before painting and removing masking after painting.

Requirements

• Attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive approach are essential.
• Training in industrial painting/bodywork and/or 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in applying epoxy paint with a spray gun.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and thickness and gloss checks using measurement devices (thickness gauge, gloss meter).

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality control.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in industrial painting.
