About the Role

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience in nonprofit advocacy or strategic HR is a plus.
