About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at VALEARA. You will play a crucial role in consulting managers and employees on all personnel-related issues, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting HR projects.

What You'll Do

• Consult with managers and employees on all personnel-related issues to foster a supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations, maintaining the highest standards of HR practice.
• Independently conduct payroll for assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Create employment contracts, certificates, and references, ensuring they meet legal requirements.
• Maintain and develop personnel data and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support HR projects such as digitalization, onboarding, and recruiting to improve overall HR functions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR or a relevant degree.
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll and social security.
• Solid knowledge of income tax law and social security regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with common HR management or payroll systems.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a high degree of service orientation.
