As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial data, focusing on billing operations and collections. What You'll Do

• Review sales contracts and ensure accurate data entry.
• Create and analyze invoices.
• Assist clients with billing-related questions.
• Conduct customer outreach for collections.
• Analyze aging reports and resolve disputes.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Drive process improvements in billing operations.
• Utilize NetSuite and Excel for data management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Billing or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar billing platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with data processing.
