Employee Relations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist - Remote to join our dedicated team at Pyramid Healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a vital resource for day-to-day employee relations matters across our facilities, providing guidance, coaching, and support to supervisors and managers. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will help foster a positive work environment and ensure that our workplace policies are uniformly applied.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for managers on employee relations matters.
• Coach and advise managers through progressive discipline steps.
• Assist in drafting corrective action documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct initial intake of employee relations concerns and prepare case intake summaries for escalation.
• Track and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects and policy updates to enhance workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate case files in the management system for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Complete required trainings as designated by the company to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in employee relations is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR management systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is a plus.
