Revenue Operations Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Garner Health. This Revenue Operations Analyst remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transforming the healthcare economy by providing high-quality and affordable care for all. You will play a crucial role in helping employers restructure their healthcare benefits, leveraging data-driven insights to guide employees to better healthcare providers.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of escalation for issues related to Sales and Client Management workflows.
• Own the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests and reports.
• Ensure data integrity within Salesforce and the GTM stack.
• Assist in designing and documenting new processes and workflows.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards for the revenue team.
• Refine and track key performance metrics for the commercial organization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
• Business or STEM undergraduate degree required.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical issues into plain language.
• Desire to be part of a high-performing team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and dashboard tools.
