Junior Quantitative UX Researcher - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Junior Quantitative UX Researcher to join our innovative team at User Research International. This remote position allows you to contribute to impactful user experience research projects, focusing on technology and AI. As a Junior Quantitative UX Researcher, you'll play a vital role in enhancing user experiences through quantitative methodologies.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for survey research projects, including programming survey logic and calculating sample sizes.
• Perform statistical analysis to ensure accurate client data, executing basic descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Build and test surveys using enterprise-level tools like Qualtrics.
• Conduct quality checks on survey links and data exports, ensuring data integrity.
• Review and clean raw survey data to prepare it for analysis.
• Help produce data tables and client presentations that effectively communicate research findings.
• Interface with clients and internal teams professionally to gather requirements and provide updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
• Understanding of data collection methods and sampling plans.
• Proficiency in basic statistics and margin of error concepts.
• Experience with enterprise-level survey platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Clear written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in user experience research or related fields.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
