About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Sales, xStocks to join our dynamic team at Kraken, a fully remote company dedicated to building the future of crypto. As the Head of Sales, you will spearhead our global go-to-market strategy for Kraken’s tokenized equities platform, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry. This Head of Sales remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a world-class team and make a significant impact in the crypto space.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy across various segments including enterprise, mid-market, and builders.
  • Build a dual-motion engine for sales-assisted onboarding and self-serve SaaS solutions.
  • Position xStocks as the preferred infrastructure platform for tokenized equities.
  • Standardize pricing and revenue-share models to streamline commercial frameworks.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle from strategy and negotiation through to launch and expansion.
  • Implement forecasting rigor and performance management across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align commercial strategies with infrastructure and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses, particularly in fintech or crypto.
  • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with an executive presence.
  • Experience selling into international exchanges, fintechs, brokers, or financial institutions.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing global teams.
  • Deep expertise in structuring revenue-share agreements and platform economics.
  • A genuine passion for crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tokenized equities or related financial products.
  • Familiarity with DeFi and its impact on traditional finance.
