Area VP Sales - EMEA Central (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area VP Sales to join our team at Semperis. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while leading our sales efforts across Germany, Switzerland, and the Benelux region. As the Area VP Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 8 Enterprise Sales Directors, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the EMEA Central region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to ensure effective sales operations.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance in selling Semperis software solutions.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales EMEA, contributing to the overall sales strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, particularly in Germany, Switzerland, and Benelux.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.

- Familiarity with SaaS sales models.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in German and English.
