Technical Lead - Product Certification Cybersecurity (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead - Product Certification Cybersecurity to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of cybersecurity compliance services for connected products. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex regulations and prepare for upcoming standards. As a Technical Lead, you will drive the research, development, and launch of cutting-edge product cybersecurity certification services.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical authority for product cybersecurity schemes, providing thought leadership.
• Lead the assessment activities required by the company strategy for cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
• Research and identify new business areas to enhance BSI's cybersecurity strategy.
• Support sales teams with technical input for proposals and key account discussions.
• Represent BSI in technical and industry forums related to product cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of global cybersecurity regulations and standards, including ETSI EN 303 645 and IEC 62443.
• Practical experience in delivering assessment services for IoT standards.
• Knowledge of CE and UKCA marking frameworks.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 17065 conformity assessment processes.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical standards and certification criteria for connected products.

Nice to Have

• Experience in interacting with ISO/IEC 17025 test laboratories.
• Familiarity with the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU.
• Previous experience in a similar technical lead role.
