Join Saltz as a Field Sales Executive and embrace the opportunity to work remotely in the culinary marketplace. In this role, you will connect chefs and restaurant owners with a platform that simplifies their sourcing of fresh ingredients. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in transforming the culinary experience for many.

What You'll Do

• Engage with chefs and restaurant owners in the field, introducing them to Saltz's innovative marketplace.
• Manage 10-15 meetings weekly, ensuring follow-ups and maintaining relationships.
• Plan and execute your weekly schedule to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate the Saltz application to chefs in their kitchens, showcasing how it simplifies ordering.
• Utilize our CRM and other tools to track your progress and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in the gastronomy field, whether from running a kitchen, managing a bar, or working as a concierge.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to lead conversations, listen actively, and solve problems effectively.
• Bonus: Fluency in additional languages, particularly Hungarian.

Nice to Have

• Previous sales internships or customer service roles.
• Experience with CRM tools or sales software.
