About the Role
Join Kraken as the Head of Sales for our innovative tokenized equities platform, xStocks. This fully remote position allows you to lead a global go-to-market strategy in the rapidly evolving crypto space. As Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in building the future of crypto by driving the adoption of our tokenized equities infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy across various segments including enterprise, mid-market, and builders.
- Build a dual-motion sales engine that combines self-serve SaaS with high-touch enterprise partnerships.
- Position xStocks as the preferred infrastructure platform for tokenized equities.
- Standardize pricing and revenue-share models to streamline operations.
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle from strategy and negotiation through to launch and expansion.
- Build and scale a high-performing global Sales and Business Development organization.
- Implement rigorous forecasting and pipeline management practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to align commercial strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses, particularly in fintech or crypto.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling into international exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global teams.
- Deep expertise in structuring revenue-share agreements.
- A passion for crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure.
