Sales Advisor - Remote Position for Reading Cloud
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team at Reading Cloud. This remote Sales Advisor position is perfect for an energetic individual who is passionate about expanding our premium library management systems within the UK’s primary and secondary school market. As a Sales Advisor, you will be a relentless force in our new business sales team, driving revenue and building long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls (50 calls per day) to new business prospects and existing customers.
- Transform cold calls into warm connections and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.
- Utilize performance metrics to monitor your success and continuously raise the bar on your achievements.
- Build rapport with clients, showcasing the value of Reading Cloud’s software to decision-makers in schools.
- Attend events to generate leads and engage directly with prospects, enhancing our brand visibility.
- Collaborate with your team to share innovative ideas that enhance team dynamics and boost morale.
- Provide persuasive demonstrations of our products, ensuring all stakeholders understand their value.
- Support your line manager with strategies to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the education sector, with a focus on primary and secondary schools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership contacts.
- Experience using Hubspot as a CRM to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
- Technical proficiency with SaaS solutions and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Resilience and the ability to handle setbacks while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and share innovative ideas to drive sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
