About the Role

Join LeadX Pro as the Head of Lead Generation and take charge of driving our lead generation strategies in a fully remote environment. This role is pivotal for expanding our lead generation vertical, where you will lead a talented team dedicated to achieving exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute effective strategies to attract and qualify new leads through both digital and traditional channels.
• Lead and motivate a team of lead generation specialists, providing training and support to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies based on data to enhance performance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and introduce innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the budget allocated to lead generation activities to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience in team management and training professionals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
