Principal Product Manager - ESG Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager (remote) to lead the development and execution of innovative ESG products. In this role, you will ensure that our offerings align with evolving international regulations while collaborating with a talented team in Mannheim, Germany. As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping best-in-class solutions that make a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, development, and product delivery, to bring products to life.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps.
• Act as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments.
• Drive data-informed decision-making using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
• Balance business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery.
• Experience working closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
• Strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); German skills are a plus.
• Ability to navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape effectively.
