This Medical Representative role focuses on managing activities according to communication models and targeting strategies to create value for healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will play a crucial role in understanding HCP needs and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage activities according to defined goals and compliance requirements.
• Utilize technical and scientific knowledge to meet HCP needs effectively.
• Collect and analyze information about HCPs and the market to enhance results.
• Propose activities and investments that create value for patients and HCPs.
• Manage promotional materials in line with company SOPs.
• Ensure confidentiality of all strategic company information.
• Maintain detailed activity reports for internal information flow.
• Utilize the company CRM for information analysis and activity management.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, or Life Sciences preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in English.
