About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager - B2B Outbound to join our team remotely. In this role, you will actively develop our existing customer portfolio and strengthen growth in the B2B outbound sector. Your structured and proactive approach will help identify potential clients, build new contacts, and guide customers throughout the entire sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in outbound sales targeting existing and potential clients with a clear focus on revenue generation.
  • Utilize cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand contract and device volumes.
  • Conduct cold calling as a standard part of your daily routine, employing a professional approach.
  • Carefully analyze contract structures and derive concrete measures for optimization.
  • Handle price adjustments and higher-value solution proposals convincingly and assertively.
  • Perform a thorough needs analysis as the foundation of a consultative sales approach.
  • Address objections confidently and lead conversations to successful closures.
  • Systematically document all activities in the CRM and manage your portfolio based on data.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, key account management, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A completed commercial degree or comparable commercial training.
  • Experience in outbound sales with proven closing strength.
  • Professional and confident conduct during initial phone contacts with a clear customer focus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable in structured sales processes.
  • Persuasiveness, a hunter mentality, and a results-oriented communication style.
  • Resilience, initiative, and enjoyment of telephone communication.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and numbers to guide your activities.

  • Experience in the B2B sector.
  • Knowledge of the water treatment industry.
  • Fluency in German and English.
