About the Role

We are seeking a Director of International Sales to join Tremendous and lead our sales efforts outside the US, particularly in Europe. This remote Director of International Sales role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can make a significant impact on our global expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Own international sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation.
  • Manage and develop a team of international Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp future international sales talent to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Establish sales strategy and go-to-market (GTM) approach for Europe, with plans for future expansion into other regions.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure regional alignment and success.
  • Design scalable processes for outbound, inbound, and expansion sales motions.
  • Set and manage team quotas and capacity models to balance growth with sales representative success.
  • Provide deal support, coaching, and structured pipeline reviews to enhance team performance.
  • Surface insights about regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams, ideally across multiple functions (AE + SDR).
  • Background as a quota-carrying seller with a strong understanding of deal execution.
  • Experience selling internationally or building sales motions outside the US.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and making independent decisions.
  • Strong judgment around hiring, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A track record of building trust and acting as a true thought partner to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
