About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Slack to streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for GTM positions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in GTM or technical recruiting.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools for managing candidate data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling G&A roles and other GTM positions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and machine learning in recruitment.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies for engineering hiring.
- Familiarity with Jira for tracking recruitment processes.
