About the Role

We are seeking a talented GTM Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for go-to-market roles across various sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our recruitment strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Slack to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for GTM positions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in GTM or technical recruiting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools for managing candidate data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling G&A roles and other GTM positions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and machine learning in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies for engineering hiring.
  • Familiarity with Jira for tracking recruitment processes.
