About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Growth Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance. This Growth Analyst position is a unique opportunity to work with some of the largest traditional financial institutions as they navigate the digital asset landscape. As a Growth Analyst, you will support business line leads, engage with clients, and help refine the strategic direction of our initiatives. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives across FIG.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, representing FIG with other business lines and departments.
  • Engage with institutional clients to develop relationships and promote business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to define strategy and execute roadmaps.
  • Contribute to strategic proposals, client-facing presentations, and business plans.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in traditional financial services, with a focus on institutional clients.
  • 1 year of experience in a crypto business, particularly in trading or custody, is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in the FIG sector.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or SQL is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives related to institutional product delivery.
  • Comfort engaging with institutional client leads and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
