About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance JTL Expert for Plan & Produce Configuration Process to join our growing e-commerce company. This remote role is perfect for someone with experience in JTL-Wawi, especially the modules related to Plan & Produce. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our warehouse and production processes, which involve managing over 10,000 SKUs in our extensive product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Setup and configuration of JTL Plan & Produce for a standardized production process.
- Define and represent a bill of materials structure to streamline operations.
- Ensure the parallel use of existing bill of materials articles in inventory management.
- Introduce a differentiated warehouse structure to enhance efficiency.
- Support in setting up warehouse location logic for better organization.
- Provide training and support for the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify optimization potentials and possible automations to improve workflow.
- Document system logic and processes for future scaling and reference.
Requirements
- Experience with JTL-Wawi, particularly the modules JTL Plan & Produce.
- Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or production control is ideal.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, article hierarchies, and warehouse processes.
- Proficient in handling complex product portfolios with over 10,000 SKUs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with operational warehouse teams.
- Structured and solution-oriented work style to tackle challenges effectively.
- Good German language skills in both spoken and written form are required.
