Enterprise Sales Manager - EMEA Region

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Bynder. This remote Enterprise Sales Manager position will allow you to lead a talented group of sales professionals across the EMEA region, focusing on driving strategic growth in large, complex accounts. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital asset management while working with renowned brands such as Spotify and Puma.

What You'll Do

  • Lead from the front by partnering directly with your Account Executives in strategic prospect and customer meetings.
  • Help shape account strategies, qualification rigor, deal execution, and negotiation tactics.
  • Build and develop a winning team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding high-performing enterprise sellers.
  • Create a culture of accountability, learning, and consistent overperformance within your team.
  • Coach your team on enterprise sales methodology, deal strategy, and executive selling.
  • Become an expert in Bynder’s platform, use cases, integrations, and roadmap.
  • Drive performance through discipline by maintaining high standards for pipeline hygiene, qualification rigor, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate across the business with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling is a plus.
  • Proven success in leading a high-performing enterprise sales team within a SaaS sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology, SaaS, and the cloud vertical.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to marketing and creative teams.
  • Training experience leading from a consultative sales approach.
  • Successful track record in a high transaction sales environment.
