Senior UX/​UI Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're Printed.com, a leading and rapidly growing online printer in the UK. Our team lives and breathes print, design, and business growth, always striving to help our customers succeed with creative, forward-thinking solutions. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the next phase of our digital experience, across our customer-facing ecommerce storefront, backend/internal tools, and in close collaboration with our Brand and Marketing teams. This Senior UX/UI Designer remote role offers real influence: not just designing interfaces, but helping define how our products work, feel, and evolve.

What You'll Do

• Identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct or collaborate with Ecommerce on user testing sessions and feedback analysis.
• Create wireframes, journey flows, and prototypes (low to high fidelity) in Figma.
• Design solutions that are both functional and visually consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the wider Design and Brand Marketing teams to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Support ongoing optimization of the customer journey through testing and iteration.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI designer, ideally within ecommerce or SaaS background.
• Proven ability to create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma / Miro).
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX/UI process, thinking, and outcomes.
• Commercially aware, understanding how design impacts conversion, efficiency, and growth.
