About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-looking Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain Platforms to lead the architecture of Supply Chain platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML-driven personalization, data intelligence, and scalable cloud-native solutions. This Enterprise Architect remote role bridges business strategy, customer experience, and technology execution, defining enterprise-wide digital architecture and guiding engineering teams across the full lifecycle of digital products and platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own end-to-end enterprise architecture for Supply Chain systems.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and composable solutions across manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, product development, and logistics systems.
  • Design and govern AI/ML-enabled capabilities, including personalization, recommendation engines, task automation, pricing optimization, fraud detection, and customer insights.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
  • Establish architectural standards and best practices for microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Partner with supply chain leaders to translate business objectives into scalable and future-ready digital architectures.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical risk assessments, and dependency analysis across portfolios.
  • Drive data and analytics architecture supporting real-time and batch use cases, customer 360, and AI model pipelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend supply chain platforms, AI platforms, cloud services, and SaaS tools.
  • Guide proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots for emerging technologies including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with security, privacy, compliance, and performance standards at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with 3+ years in an Enterprise or Lead Architect role.
  • Deep experience designing and delivering supply chain platforms at scale including platforms such as Oracle Fusion ERP, PTC Windchill, IBM DOM, BYWMS, Salesforce, Anaplan, Veeva Vault Platform, etc.
  • Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures (GCP, OCI, AWS, or Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API management.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and platforms, including personalization & recommendation systems, search and discovery optimization, customer analytics, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience integrating data platforms and streaming technologies such as Kafka / Confluent and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in global supply chain platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive and senior leadership levels.

  • Experience with real-time and event-driven pipelines.
