Director of IT Operations - Remote Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of IT Operations to join our team at ComeOn Group, a leading player in the iGaming market. This remote leadership role is pivotal in overseeing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations as we continue to grow. You will lead a team of experts and play a crucial role in strategic planning and execution, ensuring that our infrastructure supports current and future business requirements.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement the infrastructure strategy in collaboration with the Information Security team.
• Oversee the design and implementation of IT systems, network infrastructure, and data centers.
• Lead a high-performance team, mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage the IT and Infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting uptime targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration of new technologies.
• Drive a culture of automation, reducing manual interventions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing 24/7 mission-critical IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud computing, and security.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
