About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics to join our innovative HR & Talent Advisory Practice at LHH. This remote role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a passion for leveraging technology and data science to enhance HR strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our applied technology and people analytics strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy for the HR & Talent Advisory business, focusing on next-generation analytic tools and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people analytics and data science solutions into HR advisory offerings.
• Develop frameworks for data acquisition and governance, ensuring ethical and responsible data practices.
• Leverage advanced data science methods, including predictive analytics and natural language processing, to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead automation and process improvements to streamline analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, or AI research.
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative AI and its applications in HR.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in the HR space.
• Additional languages beyond English.
