• Improve data accuracy and internal reporting standards across the organization.

• Communicate actionable business insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Work in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills are mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• A structured, systems-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills in English.
