What You'll Do

  • Aggregate data from project management systems, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain datasets for reliability and usability.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Support KPI tracking, including installation throughput, system performance, and customer engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in monthly or quarterly reporting for internal leadership and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, project management) to refine workflows.
  • Recommend system improvements based on data patterns and operational insights.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of statistical methods.
