Sales Operations Analyst – AI Automation (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst – AI Automation (Remote) to join our innovative team at MariaDB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our sales tech stack, particularly focusing on Salesforce CRM and MariaDB data integration. This position is perfect for a data-driven professional who is excited about leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance CRM performance and streamline commercial execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage Salesforce processes including Pages, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Territory/Role Hierarchies, and User Setup.
- Support data flow and integrity between MariaDB databases and the Salesforce environment; assist in SQL querying for advanced data extraction.
- Serve as the primary contact for CRM support channels, resolving technical issues and managing system upgrades.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams, maintaining updated user documentation and video tutorials.
- Generate and analyze reports using Power BI or similar tools to track KPIs, territory optimization, and sales forecasting.
- Implement AI-driven tools for predictive analytics and machine learning models to enhance user behavior analysis.
- Utilize low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Flow, Zapier, or Make.com) to streamline CRM workflows and reduce manual data entry.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights, ensuring technology programs stay at the forefront of industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce.com Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and Power BI.
- Salesforce.com Certified with foundational knowledge of MariaDB or general SQL for data management.
- Familiarity with integrated SaaS platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, ERP, or Data Warehouses).
- A strong understanding of emerging digital trends, specifically AI-driven sales tools and predictive modeling.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and adapt to change management.
