Senior .NET Developer - iGaming Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team at GR8 Tech, a leading provider of B2B iGaming platforms. As a Senior .NET Developer remote, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET systems for our Sport Team. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while ensuring high performance and resilience in our applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient software architectures using microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches.
• Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing applications, ensuring quality and security through code reviews.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance software performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development efforts.

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing scalable and resilient .NET systems, particularly with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Advanced C# skills and experience with RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and high-load system optimization.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency, with B2+ in Ukrainian or Russian.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or managing software development projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in improving software development practices and SDLC processes.
